To support the World Cup, Ultimaker releases free 3D models for users to print their own Mascots. The World Cup is a special event that only takes place every 4 years. Soccer fans from all over the world are united during the exciting matches. 3D-printing spans the entire world as well, that’s why Ultimaker decided to launch something special for people to enjoy during the World Cup. We’ve created 16 special country related Mascots for people to print and show their support for their favorite team. By making the files available through YouMagine we enable people from all over the world to join in on the fun. Every Mascot comes with their own country flag, which can be 2D-printed (old-school!). The flag can be glued to a piece of PLA string to serve as the flag pole. We encourage every 3D-printer user out there, not only Ultimaker users, to print the Mascot of the country they support.
