mind+烧录失败

我用Romeo V2.2板上传mind+程序，USB转串口显示正常，但烧录失败，显示：
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x07
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 2 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x07
