win10模拟器V.7.5更新 修复重要bug

# V7.5更新 修复BUG
1.修复关闭点气球结果气球还在动的bug
2.删除README
3.加入ay中心，替代了README的功能，并且更强

还有，建议你把这些应用的位置摆好，不然看着怪怪的，不像Win10
